  Arrived right on time and started immediately to try to unclog my underground drainage pipe. Sadly he found the pipe was probably broken near the house as his snake got caught a couple of times and could not clear it. Will have to have it dug out. Nice technician and explained the issue. Would use them again.

  Called for a partially clogged sewer line and they were able to come out within the hour to address the issue. Brian was our service technician and did a great job and explained the process and answered all my questions. Very happy with our Roto Rooter service!

  I’ve used Roto Rooter for a variety of plumbing jobs including clogged sinks and installing a new hot water heater. They are a commercial plumbing company that offers above average pricing. I recently got a new washing machine installed and while working with the shutoff valve, I noticed it was leaking. I looked up how to replace and some websites said soldering was required. To be safe, I called Roto Rooter to help install. I was originally quoted $265 over the phone for parts and labor. Then, I was charged $445 since the valve was more expensive than they originally thought. They claimed that the part was $160 when you can get the same one at Home Depot for $80. In addition, soldering was not required and I could’ve definitely fixed it on my own. I understand the mark up for plumbers but I felt like I was scammed. I will think twice about using Roto Rooter for future plumbing jobs.
