We had such a great experience at Wren in East Hanover! We worked with Molly who was incredible to work with, she let us walk the entire showroom and talk through all of their various options for our future kitchen. After we started picking options, we were able to see a VR of our kitchen - it was truly incredible!! We had shared dimensions prior and she made it look like our future kitchen (which was based on a full gut job), and it actually now looks exactly how she created our renderings. From that first meeting, the communication was very easy and we are really happy we worked with Molly and Wren for our kitchen!

WARNING!!! I was deeply traumatized by my experience with Wren Kitchens in East Hanover, New Jersey. From start to finish, the level of unprofessionalism, incompetence, and disregard for us as paying customers was shocking.
Communication was consistently terrible. Every time we contacted customer service, we received conflicting and inaccurate information. No one seemed aligned, accountable, or capable of giving clear answers. As a result of their repeated errors, our countertops had to be recut twice, causing unnecessary delays and disruption.
The workmanship was poor, with mistake after mistake, and while a reimbursement was eventually issued, it was given to the contractor working on our home instead of us, the homeowners who endured the stress, inconvenience, and financial burden.
Because of Wren’s repeated delays, at least five separate setbacks, we were forced to move into a hotel for two weeks. This was not a minor inconvenience; it was emotionally exhausting, financially draining, and completely avoidable.
I strongly warn anyone considering Wren for a kitchen or bathroom renovation: the stress is not worth it. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and repeated errors made this one of the most distressing home renovation experiences we have ever endured. The process from start to finish took 7 months, do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. There is a whole thread on facebook with many people complaining about them!

Don’t let their software fool you during the design appointment. It’s downhill from there…
1- They forgot to leave room in the design for the fridge door to open. I was told to buy a smaller fridge as a solution, after I had already bought a brand new fridge and provided all the specs beforehand.
2- Wrong size sink was put in the plans. I found out while shopping for a sink that the sink cabinet needs to be at least 3” larger than the sink width (for undermount sinks). Again was told to buy a smaller sink as a solution.
3- Delivery team scratched my pavers and kitchen wall during delivery. Two months after I made my claim they sent me a form to fill out. Which I’m not even going to bother with and waste my time.
4- One of the drawers had a small defect. It took two deliveries to get the correct replacement piece (one month total).
5- Installation crew left gaps between wall and fillers due to wall crookedness and said they cannot fill the voids because they forgot to bring caulk with them. (I just let it go because I didn’t trust their quality and did it myself a different day)
6- All the cartons from the cabinets and debris from the installation work was left in my backyard for me to dispose of. There’s a vague fine print in the contract that says they’re not responsible for waste removal or something similar to that. As a solution, I was given the number to a third party junk removal company with a 10% discount.
Up to the moment you sign the contract, communication is good from them. After that, the replies to any issues you may have will take longer.
I understand things go wrong during a project and I could have let all these little issues go but leaving all the garbage in my property and telling me to put them outside myself in the street during garbage removal days was unacceptable.
