  Don’t let their software fool you during the design appointment. It’s downhill from there… 1- They forgot to leave room in the design for the fridge door to open. I was told to buy a smaller fridge as a solution, after I had already bought a brand new fridge and provided all the specs beforehand. 2- Wrong size sink was put in the plans. I found out while shopping for a sink that the sink cabinet needs to be at least 3” larger than the sink width (for undermount sinks). Again was told to buy a smaller sink as a solution. 3- Delivery team scratched my pavers and kitchen wall during delivery. Two months after I made my claim they sent me a form to fill out. Which I’m not even going to bother with and waste my time. 4- One of the drawers had a small defect. It took two deliveries to get the correct replacement piece (one month total). 5- Installation crew left gaps between wall and fillers due to wall crookedness and said they cannot fill the voids because they forgot to bring caulk with them. (I just let it go because I didn’t trust their quality and did it myself a different day) 6- All the cartons from the cabinets and debris from the installation work was left in my backyard for me to dispose of. There’s a vague fine print in the contract that says they’re not responsible for waste removal or something similar to that. As a solution, I was given the number to a third party junk removal company with a 10% discount. Up to the moment you sign the contract, communication is good from them. After that, the replies to any issues you may have will take longer. I understand things go wrong during a project and I could have let all these little issues go but leaving all the garbage in my property and telling me to put them outside myself in the street during garbage removal days was unacceptable.

  I highly recommend Wren for your next kitchen project! Nanyelis was amazing to work with. from the minute I came in, she made me feel comfortable and she was very patient with all the different ideas and colors that I wanted to see. The delivery team was amazing and prompt. Everything fit perfectly and the kitchen is almost complete Nanyelis, thank you for everything!

  Great Experience from Start to Finish From the moment we stepped into the Wren Kitchens showroom in East Hanover, our experience was truly enjoyable. The entire Customer Support Team, especially our representative Nanyelis, provided exceptional guidance throughout the design phase. We visited several times to finalize our vision, and each time, Nanyelis remained positive, helpful, and patient, offering practical advice and assistance with every adjustment. During the delivery and installation process, Nanyelis kept in close contact, making sure everything went according to plan. She ensured that the demolition, installation, and final touches were completed smoothly and on schedule. Her attention to detail and commitment to our satisfaction truly set this team apart. The quality of the cabinets and countertops exceeded our expectations—they are both beautiful and durable, showcasing excellent craftsmanship. We are extremely pleased with the final result and appreciate the hard work and professionalism of everyone involved.   We are SO impressed with Wren! We went into the showroom totally on a whim and ended up building our dream kitchen with Molly. Molly is so skilled at what she does and has quite the vision without being pushy or making you feel crazy for changing your mind literally (100x). We had a total gut due to endless water damage and while the other areas of construction posed their many issues- the kitchen cabinets, design, delivery and support process was seamless. The number one thing that people compliment when they come over is our kitchen and the cabinet work + the detail and design. We couldn't have done it without Wren and Molly.
