  Pleased with everything about the experience. Even with 18" of snow the night before, was able to schedule a same day appointment. Eric called with approximate arrival time, the again when on his way. Work was done professionally and, helpfully, cleanly. No upselling either, so bill was as estimated, another useful outcome. Would be happy to recommend Eric to others.

  I really appreciated how Eric gave me helpful tips on how to maintain the drainage system to prevent future issues. He was polite, professional, and made sure to clean up all the dirty water caused by the work before leaving. Overall, a great experience.

  I had a clogged branch of a sewer line that a kitchen sink and a laundry slop sink used exclusively. Technician was here within the hour, on a holiday no less, unclogged as good as new. Besides the quick service, the Technician, James, was personable, professional, and truly exemplified what customer service is all about.

  Just before the Super Bowl my wife said,” Ed you really have to come down here and look at this,” I knew something was wrong. But, I couldn’t imagine how it was possible to have so many leaks. It was determined my waste line had frozen as it is closer to grade. But how in 26 years did this happen? When Jason arrived he methodically covered the basement floor with tarps, and then explained what he was going to do, and why. He was able to determine there was a blockage near the curb line that backed up the lines so all waste lines fill up to the first floor. As waste line backed up filling the line combined with freezing temperatures for a prolonged period of time the waste line froze. Jason made suggestions in his to prevent this from reoccurring. I highly recommend Jason and Roto-Rooter.
