He went above and beyond to make sure my questions and concerns were answered. He wanted to make sure I was 100 percent satisfied. He did not fail. Installation of the Mohawk Revwood Plus was completed yesterday by Silva and Jonathan. These gentlemen re masters of their trade and they take great pride in their work while remaining so humble. I am extremely pleased with the outcome that I decided to also replace the treads and risers to match. Thank you again to Billy, Silva and Jonathan!
