- JCJanelle CulverFeb 11, 20262.0I guess it depends on who you are how well of a job they do. I have frozen pipes the guy walked around for 10 minutes saying it was nothing he could do. Another guy blew the heat gun on the pipes for a hour. The other guy said well I'm here for a hour because I have to charge you for the hour. They left me with frozen pipes. they did not use any tools to determine what area was the coldest to blow the heat gun, they just blew the heat gun in one area and left. very disappointed waste of money.

These guys were honest with me, and it was the first time that I used them. Wait, I forgot to mention that they also changed 4 of my on-off valves. Try it, you'll like it.
