  As a property manager, this company has been wonderful to work with! They have been prompt to rectify any issues or questions we've had and quick to make sure we are satisfied with the results! It is a wonderful family business and we are thrilled to be working with them again for the upcoming snow season.

  We had the company replace our driveway in early November 2023. Less than one month after the project was completed, the surface rocks began peeling off due to low-quality materials or insufficient compaction. A few holes appeared after the winter, and the peeling rocks left the surface very uneven. Some areas are so fragile that you can peel off the rocks with fingers. The company refuses to honor the two-year labor and materials warranty and is asking for additional payment to lay another thin layer of asphalt.

  Mansfield fire house was poorly done concrete millings showing we have a giant puddle in front of our bay doors they are with Charlie's paving too they both showed up to do our work.
