One team member even noticed their truck was blocking the garbage cans and personally helped the trash collector ā such a thoughtful gesture! Their communication was clear, timelines were respected, and their passion for quality really showed in the work. The whole team was professional, reliable, and easy to work with. - CSCasey De StefanoOct 27, 20211.0Stay away from this company. 1) We got a french drain with 2 sub-pumps and 6 months later had water in our basement in 2 different places. When I asked them to come look at it- they were very rude and I had to ask the owner several times to come look at it. Finally he came. And explained the the water was coming from somewhere else and that now we would have to rip up our 2 decks in order not to get water in our basement. Why was this not told to us before - or even mentioned that this was even a possibility before spending all this money? 2) In the middle of the job, they told us that there was going to be a huge slant surrounding the perimeter of the basement - - we had no choice but to move forward!! Now we can't put hardwood, Pergo or tile now due to the angle! There were actually places that you where standing in a hole because 3 sides were so high up! We are so upset and feel so taken advantage of.
