  The only reason I’m leaving this review is because of Randy. I’ve had a really tough experience with quality 1st. The salesmen Jason saw we had a lot of iron and didn’t specify the exact details of our contract and our system does not fit all of our needs at the time of him selling it to us. We had an emergency and all our pumps failed and Randy did everything, I mean everything to walk us through every question and every possible way he could help and solved the issue and went above and beyond to get us into a very safe spot.If you ever have an emergency in NY/NJ/PA I’d highly recommend or ask for Randy to come to the call. Thanks Randy, you’re a real one; Jason and quality 1st… i wish I was educated better before deciding to stick with them.

  11/10 stars for this company. They understood the situation and addressed it with 0 back and forth just a plan to execute. The technicians, Mario and Carlos are highly professional and very efficient. I had the waterproofing and drain system installed by quality 1st a year ago. When I initially had the install completed NYC had a code for sumps to be pumped directly into the sewage drain. I had to hire a plumber to attach the sumps into the drain line. A month ago they sent a notice and the city changed their mind; they now want gutters and sumps to be pumped to the yard (which will end up in the same drain anyways - that’s a story for another day). Juan from the service department spoke with me on the phone, we came up with a gameplan to install a diverter or a wye with a valve having a discharge line to go to the sewer and one to the front (just in case the city changes their mind again). Set up a date - Carlos and Mario showed up and executed it perfectly. They even installed the jblock on the vinyl siding to finish it off. They cleaned up their work area and sealed off any opening. 10/10

  Guys showed up as promised and worked for over 12 hours removing water damage in the basement. Very polite, they were able to contact someone to expedite the plumbing service for today that was set for Tuesday. Thankful for the service provided. Well that ws a Super Bowl Sunday lie. The guys showed up to remove their equipment on Wednesday but no plumber came until Thursday. They took the flexible hose to my wet vacuum so I can't even clean up the water that is still leaking. I am feeling ripped off.

  Tito and his crew from Quality 1st Basement Systems worked diligently with efficiency, and expert proficiency to waterproof the basement by installing a sump pump and drainage system. They also placed a vapor barrier along the basement walls to lower humidity. Included in their solution was the installation of a heavy duty dehumidifier and airfilter for the basement. The crew was highly experienced, worked with precision and coordination with a positive and happy attitude. They were very polite and informative about the system they installed. Tito showed and explained everything about the system being installed and encouraged any and all questions by the owner.
