  10/10 experience. Had water leaking in basement and after talking with multiple people figured it was ground water and needed a pump installed. Everyone was extremely patient and helpful and made sure to explain all options to me. Original install date of the pump was set for February but they were able to move it up which was awesome. Day of the install Tito and his crew were exceptional. Came on time and worked hard for hours. Tito explained the process again and walked me through it and would show me throughout the day as progress was made. Would highly recommend.

  Absolute scam. Don't even deserve 1 star. Would never recommend to use this company for sump pump installation. Sales person - Created such a poor plan that all the water that the new sump pump pushes out is flowing in the side yard and causing mess. Whole landscape has been destroyed. Installation team - Configured some setting incorrectly and all the water kept overflowing. They came back and diverted to the old / existing pipe. Didn't even bother to remove the new pipe that they had installed. Senior engineer - Complained again and senior engineer was sent. He simply blamed it on high water table and said that the company doesn't provide any guarantee for outside work. He further suggested to install a dry wall pit for additional charge on top of $5K+ that we paid for the initial installation.

  Justin was outstanding! Squeezed us in the same day we called, showed up on time and stayed with us to answer all our questions. He was patience, understood the situation we found ourselves in and gave us multiple, realistic options to solve our problems. I appreciate it all so much. The real estate support team is awesome!

  We are thrilled with the work Quality 1st Basement Systems did in sealing our crawl space. Alex Villegas was so helpful from the minute we got started. He expertly explained to us an entire process we knew nothing about and answered every offbeat question we had. We were hesitant at first to commit to this project, Alex encouraged us every step of the way. Immediately after the project was completed, we were confident with our decision in having the encapsulation done. The air quality of our home has improved tremendously and our dry crawl space is now a place we feel comfortable using for extra storage. The construction team was friendly, professional, and delivered high quality results quickly. We highly recommend this crew to take care of that scary basement project!

  I could not be happier with the newly waterproofed basement. Mario and his team showed up as scheduled, were communicating the entire time, were professional and respectful. Mario thought outside the box to come up with a new solution for a window below the driveway level. He also replaced the interior sewer line which had not been built into the original proposal and saved me from future issues, work and additional costs. I knew it had to be replaced eventually in the near term. The exterior drain line was dug under the lawn and I can hardly tell where the grass was removed. Incredible. They worked diligently according to plan and promises and went above and beyond to deliver the highest quality standard. I am thrilled to have the basement done and can only recommend them, specifically Mario.
