We had an existing system that was not working and I couldn't get the original installer to address the problem or call us back. After reading the reviews, I called Hera to see if they could diagnose the issue. The team came out and found and corrected several issues with the original installation. They were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and careful to keep the space clean. I've been tracking our levels with multiple EcoCube units and our Radon has dropped significantly since their corrective action. The owner even contacted me twice to see if we were happy with the work. Overall, 5 star quality from this company.
