Our designer, Michele Ducoin was incredibly knowledgeable about the products, financing options, and always mindful of our budget. Her design expertise was essential in maximizing space while improving organization and efficiency. Michele was patient as we explored different options and made decisions, explaining the process every step of the way. Thanks to her guidance, we felt completely prepared when working with Customer Service and the countertop team - from confirming the design and delivery date to scheduling the templating appointment - making sure everything stayed on track to ensure our kitchen would be completed on time. Michele was accessible and responsive even after purchase. Since we wanted a full kitchen transformation, she even recommended contractors familiar with Wren installations. We went with Approved Handyman, and they did a fantastic job. If you’re considering a new kitchen, Wren Kitchens in Cherry Hill and Michele Ducoin are an outstanding choice!

We worked with Michelle DuCoin primarily and she met with us for quite a few long design sessions where she patiently worked through many ideas and then further fine tuned multiple iterations. Due to vacations and mismatched schedules we also interacted with other design staff and they were all equally as patient and competent. Changing between designers was seamless and each designer brought something different to the position. We actually benefitted from the experience of working with multiple people because of the different strengths of each one. Once our job began traveling through the other divisions of Wren things went mostly without issue. Each step processed on time. Communication was timely and clear except a single instance when we were awaiting a time frame for measurement of the quartz countertop. Our contractor, Vince of Approved Handyman, fortunately, was so tied in with the staff at Wren that he was able to contact the specialist directly. Delivery was pretty fluid although it arrived several hours later than the time window owing to problems with the delivery truck’s electrical systems. The driver maintained contact and was appropriately responsive to our anxieties. Some small parts were missing in the delivery but again, our contractor Approved Handyman, who was worth his weight in gold, saved the day making adjustments and maintaining the timeline. Given the complexity of running a business involving so many moving parts, I am content with the experience and the players. I would work with Wren Kitchens again and would recommend them highly but as the customer, one must stay absolutely involved in every aspect of the planning and delivery because in the end it’s an assembly line and no one cares about your project as much as you do.

Where the 5 stars comes in is for the company who installed my kitchen. Approved Handyman did an excellent job with making everything come together on the install. The crew treated my home as if it were there own. Paying attention to protecting my flooring, sealing off the kitchen in order to avoid dust in other rooms and cleaned up after their work. They had patience and included me on ever decision that needed to be made. Their work was top notch. Vince went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything. 10 out of 10 I recommend them for your kitchen install. Any home remodeling I do in the future Approved Handyman will be the company I call.

The home measure will typically take between 30-60 minutes. Your measurements will then be sent back to your Wren Designer, and we will be in touch to arrange a Design Appointment in one of our showrooms at a time that suits you.
