How long will my renovation project take?
Each project is different and it really depends on what you need done. If we’re going to be gutting your kitchen or bathroom it could take 4 to 6 weeks from project start to completion. Give us a call or request a quote and we’ll be able to give you a better idea of how long your specific project will take.
Do you give free estimates?
Yes, we provide free estimates on almost all projects. Fill out our online form to request a callback and we will schedule a time to meet with you and put together a project proposal for you.

What is your process?
The most important things to us are making the homeowner happy, bringing the project in on time, having a great time with the homeowner, and keeping them updated throughout the process.
We will first meet with you to discuss what they are looking for and if needed we’ll also meet with an electrician and plumber. We will assess the project in detail for a full evaluation. We’ll walk you through what you can expect from the whole process and how long it will take, and answer all your questions. Together we’ll create a vision and plan for the project from start to finish.
At the second meeting, we will present the proposal along with a list of vendors, our references, and a copy of our insurance. At this point, we’ll discuss timing, take some “Before” pictures so you have some nice Before/After pictures, and we’ll get your project started!
Do you charge by the hour or by the job?
We estimate and charge by the job.
How does payment work?
Before work begins we discuss the payment schedule with you. In the proposal, you will see a section that says payment schedule with the specific amounts and times they are due.
Can I choose my own materials?
Yes, you can choose any materials you’d like us to use, however, we will provide you with a list of our preferred vendors with the proposal. We prefer using these vendors because we know the materials will be very high quality.
Can I live in my house while my remodeling project is underway?
Yes, you can live in your home. We will take every precaution to protect the rest of the house. If we are remodeling a kitchen, you will probably have to eat out more than you normally do though!
Do you provide references?
Yes, we provide references with our proposal. Many of our happy clients are happy to show off their projects, so let us know if you’d like to schedule a time to speak to or visit one of our past clients and we’ll do our best to make that happen.
Do I need to get permits?
You may need permits. It depends on the project and what is being done. We will discuss what permits you may or may not need at our first meeting so you know exactly what the process is and what to expect.
