  If I could give no stars that’s what they deserve!! Beware of their follow up to problems. 1 year after install they didn’t stand behind their work!

  I needed emergency service today when my furnace went off and thankfully Jeff Shepherd was the person sent in a few hours. Jeff had been here before and always answered my questions and I learn the hard way each time. Highest compliments to BR for fast service and much gratitude /highest recommendations to Jeff for interacting with the electrician called immediately (and very unexpectedly) when Jeff found the voltage reaching the transformer for the furnace was too high and burnt it out. Together they fixed the problem and my cat and I have heat!

  Just had Jack out for a 50-gallon gas hot water heater replacement. Left the place looking nicer than when he arrived and made sure everything was safe and above board when checking valves. Also corrected questionable work done by a less reputable company years ago for the sake of making sure the job was done right. Friendly and easy to talk to while able to answer any questions we had. Would certainly have him back if we needed any additional plumbing work in the future.

  I have a commercial building with an old heat pump system on its last legs Jake was able to troubleshoot the problem and give me some limited options, which included a costly replacement of the unit. Nevertheless he managed to bypass the compressor and get me heat. I highly recommend Jake and their company for your heating and air conditioning needs.
