The first associate we interacted with was rude and dismissive, she took a call while speaking to us, then hurried us off to the showroom so she could continue her conversation. She mentioned she would come check on us, but after 30 minutes, never did. I eventually flagged down another associate and showed her my inspiration board, explaining the style and materials I was looking for. Despite my calm, polite, and clear description, she offered suggestions that were completely opposite of what I had explained. She even made an awkward comment about how we “don’t like the same things,” then abruptly excused herself, saying she needed to assist other customers. When I asked how to schedule time to speak with someone else, she gave a half-hearted response and quickly walked away. I fully understand that design preferences can differ, but the lack of professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to help made the experience frustrating and disappointing. I left feeling dismissed rather than supported — not what I would expect from a company known for flooring and design expertise.

Everyone has been wonderful to work with, especially Tim, the person we ordered everything from. All the staff are helpful and friendly. We have needed extra tile twice so far , very easy to order extra of what we needed and get pretty quickly. Highly recommend them.

Yes, we carry a wide range of installation materials, including grout and mortar. We are a full stocking dealer of your most common grout and mortar brands, including TEC, Schluter, Wedi and more.

Appointments are not required in our showrooms and we do accept walk-ins. However, we do recommend making an appointment to speak with one of our store associates if you plan to arrive during peak visiting hours. Call your local showroom for an appointment.
