  I honestly cannot say enough good things about Davis Heating & Air. Every single person we interacted with was genuinely kind, positive, and reassuring from start to finish. Troy made scheduling easy and stress-free, Justin came out and put together a thorough estimate in just one afternoon (and somehow even got us a free duct cleaning included), and then Kenny and Rodney handled the full installation in less than a day. Kenny and Rodney were not only incredibly efficient, but just wonderful humans to have in our home. They were upbeat the entire time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with the new system. They even took photos and documented all the specs for future reference, which is such a small detail but shows real care and forethought. Also worth noting, Kenny is allergic to cats and still spent the entire day working in our very cat-filled house during peak allergy season without a single complaint… which honestly deserves its own shoutout. I had my kids home during the install, and both Kenny and Rodney made the whole experience feel safe, calm, and easy. That meant a lot. Then Danny and Manny came out for the duct cleaning and were just as kind and respectful, navigating around what can only be described as a toy explosion and an entire LEGO room full of fragile builds without issue or meltdown lol. For context--our previous HVAC system was about 27 years old and had been slowly failing for years. It finally gave out in November, and we managed through the winter with space heaters and a gas fireplace, but we knew we needed a real solution before warm weather hit. We had a few estimates done, and Justin stood out immediately not just because he was incredibly knowledgeable, but because he was genuinely kind and understanding of our situation. We have young kids and were working within a tight budget, and they really worked with us to make this doable. Now we have a beautiful new system, a fancy thermostat, and clean air ducts, and I feel so much better heading into the warmer months. They also offer a strong warranty program, and their pricing and services felt very fair for the area, if not better than what we were seeing elsewhere. I would recommend Davis Heating & Air to any of my friends or family without hesitation.

  Dan and Devin did a great job cleaning our vents! Were professional and cleaned up after themselves. Talked me through the process and showed up before and after pictures. Great service!

  Kyle is an awesome technician. He was very informative and showed me exactly what was wrong with my heating unit and gave me different option plans. I decided on a membership that he explained in depth which made me see the value in it. It just made sense.

  I’ve been meaning to do this just did not have time. Group of guys did my heater and air conditioning and no one just wanted to tell everyone how nice they all were Kenny, Rodney, Anthony, and also Jason came today to switch out my thermostat. If you ever want to get a company for your heater and your air get these guys, they were really really great not to mention. I said they were so nice. Nothing was too hard Came right out to switch my thermostat out. And then he noticed that something was a little wrong with the heater and he went ahead and ordered part for it. I just can’t brag about them enough.
