They were friendly and showed great patience with all of the questions that I asked. I appreciated the communication from the office to the technicians. Special shout out to Johnny, Denzel, Jorge, Darwin. Victor and Christian! The whole process was speedy and seamless!

I recently had my HVAC system installed by Ty Rah Gio and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience from start to finish. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. Ty Rah Gio took the time to walk me through the entire installation process, explaining everything clearly and answering all my questions with patience. The work was done cleanly and efficiently — no mess left behind, and the system was up and running perfectly Highly recommended — 5 stars without hesitation
- JEJ EApr 2, 20265.0They installed a Mitsubishi split mini ductless and exterior unit a number of years back (which evidently almost never fails) and just my luck the interior unit began leaking and crapped out within the warranty period. Didnt even use it that much. They replaced the unit at no cost and without a hassle which I found to be tremendous. Recently had them over for maintenance on the unit and guys are professional and courteous. May not be the cheapest guys in town but integrity-wise I find them to be worth it.
- VNVincent NovellinoMar 31, 20264.0I called pipeworks after researching companies that would repair a tankless water heater. The tech came as scheduled but ultimately had to send a specialist technician who did come the same day. Repair was diagnosed and parts were ordered. Heater was programmed to work and bypass the issue temporarily. Same tech came back the following week and performed the repair, however the replacement part was faulty and they had to order another. At this time, the water heater was rendered useless but luckily I had a backup in place to source hot water. (Other heater from another unit). In the meantime I asked pipeworks for a proposal to replace the tankless unit with a traditional tank unit, using the existing plumbing. They provided it. Ultimately, I went with another installer for the new tank install due to knowing the installer from a prior business relationship. One thing to note, Pipeworks was the only one out of three companies I initially called to diagnose the problem that agreed to take the appointment because while o had to pay for labor, they were willing to work with the manufacturer to get the cost of the part covered under the manufacturers parts warrantee.
- VWValerie WhyteMar 26, 20265.0Having managed condominium associations for 30 years I knew any dependable best work was to be able to be done by Pipeworks. Most of these places were built by the Three Stooges and there are a lot of dissimilarities even unit to unit and building to building! When individual units or townhomes needed work, although ethically a manager shouldn’t recommend any one company, if asked, I would relay the success of other individuals. Now it’s my turn: a pipe under my unit snd a water meter spinning like a top! I called, and a technician and estimated cane within an hour. Detected the leak, gave me the estimate, and it’s already in the hands of the adjuster who came earlier this morning! Repairs for excavation, pipe repair, and rebuilding of the foundation and cement floor are already deducted for early next week. HOW MUCH BEETER CAN IT GET THAN THAT? Pipeworks is honest, excellent, and does beautiful neat work. This part is the least stressful entity in a miserable occurrence! KUDOS! The source of the leak was detected today at a very reasonable cost.
