  At my new Toll Brothers built Enclave townhouse in Chatham, I had a significant roof leak in early February. Of course I called the best local roofing company. Alex Pribula went above and beyond to identify the sources of leaks from 2 separate areas. He created a photo gallery from the attic and from outside. His repair proposal was detailed and added necessary improvements to prevent future leaks. He and Jonathan Novalis also identified a design defect. The HOA engineers and contractors were provided all the work product from Novalis. At the end, I unfortunately was not allowed to hire Novalis and the HOA contractors did the repair. I hope that they paid attention to info they were provided.

  As a realtor, Novalis is always my first call whenever there is any issue with a roof. Alex Pribula is super responsive and always manages to squeeze me in. He recently inspected a roof for me and identified a bathroom vent that was venting directly into the attic which can cause mold. He provided us with a reasonable estimate the same day. 100% would recommend and will certainly be calling Alex again in the future.

  Shane and Joe were great to work with! I have a new beautiful roof with skylights installed by them. They did a fantastic job and provide workmanship insurance for their work! Highly recommend them for your roofing needs!

  While we are appreciative and loyal … they are very expensive. Novalis comes well-recommended and position themselves as “premium” providers. In my experience, their delivery is average. While I found the office to be so-so, the supervisors I worked with were pretty good. They could handle challenging conversations better. Novalis excels at billing. In my experience, they bill as much as possible and then narrow the scope of work (and then do less than that). Watch the “terms and conditions” that come after a verbal agreement. Again, we are appreciative and loyal, but I think they could reevaluate given the overall value proposition. Just my opinions here.

  Alex P. came out to take a look at our three-season room, which had water leaking from multiple vents in the ceiling. Alex was incredibly honest and knowledgeable. Instead of trying to sell us a new roof, he explained that the issue was actually due to humidity and recommended installing a dehumidifier. We had two other roofing companies come out for quotes, and both told us we needed a brand-new roof with estimates upwards of $30,000. Alex, from Novalis Roofing, told us the opposite — that our roof is in spectacular condition and should last another 10 years. His honesty and commitment to helping us find the right solution saved us over $30k. Because of that, I immediately referred him to our neighbor, who actually does need a new roof. I’ll absolutely be keeping Alex’s business card and will be calling him when the time eventually comes for us. Thank you, Alex!
