Was greeted halfway to the front door by a gentleman named Dan and ask what is going on I told him my issues with my unit and he said when everyone shows up we will get right with you. At first I was nervous because I hear that alot by 7:04 I was greeting by another worker to get my trailer and reefer information and by 7:09 jeff who was a reefer technician got to work immediately. As a small trucking business owner time equals money and they showed by there speedy response they understand that in general thanks again TK EAST FOR YALLS QUICK DIAGNOSIS AND SOLUTIONS. UP AND ROLLING IN NO TIME .
