  Hugh Gallagher and the Solar Illuminations team replaced 6 skylights in our house in August, 2021. Those skylights were "fixed" multiple times before but continued to leak. After the installation all skylights are leak free. Hugh was extremely professional, never pushed and always provided complete information. It was a pleasure to deal with him and the work was well done. The pricing was fair as well. Would recommend to anyone looking for new or replacement skylights.

  Hugh Gallagher and the Solar Illuminations team install four skylights on our home in June 2018 after evaluating the condition of all 13 units on our roof. Hugh was great to work with throughout the process. He was responsive to all our questions, made a detailed analysis of the condition of all the units and provided us options for repair / replacement. Solar Illuminations is a pleasure to work with and provides a frank assessment of cost based upon your budget. Hugh was on the roof despite the rain to make certain everything would fit according to Velux specifications. Hugh kept me informed of everything during the process and installed the units on a timely basis as promised. Hugh even went beyond normal expectations as we had a unit that required a unique shape not available from Velux. He worked with us to order the correct unit which had to be manufactured to fit the skylight opening. Hugh had the unit shipped to his location, transported to our home and install it without us even being in town during the process. He is truly a dedicated and thoughtful businessman who I highly recommend to anyone seeking to purchase or replace their skylights. My units were 29 years old and Hugh replaced them like magic. His prices are fair and his quality is tremendous - don't use a roofer for your skylights as Hugh is knowledgeable on all aspects of installation and specifications. I have no hesitation to recommend Solar Illuminations and Hugh services and would use his services again. Great Guy.

  Solar Illuminations replaced three old skylights in our kitchen and hallway. Velux's five-star rating for this company is well-deserved. The work was completed in no time at all by Hugh and his professional team. And, as others have said, Hugh is a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Solar Illuminations.
