  It would have been a 5 star review hands down until this last experience. We have used them before with no issues and that’s why we called them again. We needed a new dishwasher installed. I called and asked on several occasions for a price for new installation and they did not give it to me over the phone. They said the technician will give us an estimate when he shows up. The technician shows up today and quotes us $500 to install! He says that’s what the company charges and why we weren’t able to get that number from them up front is not practical. We would have looked around for other prices if we didn’t already trust this company. This was a disappointing experience despite our technician who was awesome and friendly.

  We are in Burlington and have used Davis several times for bathroom and kitchen issues. The techs who come out are all knowledgeable and always explain all our options to get our issues fixed ASAP! Our latest tech Nigel came out and snaked our kitchen drain after we were dealing with a clog and cleared it out for us so everything is working great now. Highly recommend !

  We had a flood from the dishwasher and they came right out to stop the bleeding. They have been great to work with and even have an appliance specialist to help us with the dishwasher. We have a somewhat unique situation and they have been working with us, almost daily, to resolve. Nick and Tariq have been wonderful to work with. I have had so many issues with terrible contractors and I am so thrilled to have found Davis Plumbing!

  First time calling David Plumber & Drain, and the person who answered was very pleasant by finding out what I needed and by making an appointment. NAZIER PARKER, was sent to do the plumbing in my house. He stopped the leak under the sink, put in a new toilet, and new piece in the tub. He is thorough by making sure everything worked. Very courteous at all times, honest by telling me step by step what he was doing. I have already recommended him to my friends. Appreciate his pleasant attitude.

  The technician arrived on time and kindly removed his shoes before entering the house to inspect the situation. He clearly explained the necessary work and provided a detailed cost estimate to identify the cause of the issue. It turned out that the water leak from the basement ceiling was not due to the piping itself, but was coming from the first floor. He successfully traced the source to the refrigerator’s water line. After completing that repair, I mentioned another issue—the hot water was not working in the shower room. Despite having another appointment scheduled, he agreed to take a look. It was a challenging repair, but he used a variety of tools and managed to fix it. Since he needed to wear shoes while working in the shower room, he did so only in that area. Even though he had to go back and forth between the first floor and his vehicle, he consistently removed his shoes when walking through the house. He also cleaned the shower room thoroughly after finishing the work. Finally, compared to similar work I had done in the past by another company at a much higher cost, his pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend this plumbing service in the Princeton, NJ area, and I would definitely hire him again.
