  Matt and his crew built our new home in Brigantine and we cannot say enough great things about his quality workmanship, attention to detail, and communication! Matt always returned our calls and messages right away and one of our favorite things about working with him was how well he listened to our ideas and was very open to our inputs throughout the entire process. The home is beautifully finished and it is very clear he takes pride in the work his company produces. In fact, we took ownership several weeks ago, but Matt is still readily available if we have questions or minor punch list items that need to be addressed, (he truly believes no item is too small to address, which is a rare thing based on our previous home building/remodeling experiences). We definitely received high quality service and a beautiful home at a very fair price. Highly recommend Cusamano Builders for anyone thinking of building or remodeling their home!

  Very reliable and professional team, would highly recommend, as there work was amazing, always keeping us up to date on the progress of the build, any questions or concerns we had Matt (the owner) always answered my calls and questions, reassuring me that everything will be fine and according to my request,,, , we have a beautiful well built home that we absolutely love ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend!!

  We hired Matt to knock down our small beach house and build our new home at the same location. Matt and his team did an amazing job and within our budget. He had a suggested vendor list that were extremely helpful in picking out fixtures, lighting, cabinets, etc. The jobsite was always clean and organized. Most importantly Matt involved me in making decisions as needed in almost every aspect of the build. He made suggestions and we collaborated through the entire process. If you were to ask me if I would use Matt again I would have to say absolutely without a doubt! It was a pleasure working with Matt and his team.

  I hired Matt to do a rather large, complex project that involved ripping my roof off, establishing a second floor on half my house to add an office and home gym...which ultimately turned into a complete gutting of my downstairs with a new Kitchen and a few reconfigured walls. I could honestly say from start to finish the job went as smooth as can be expected. All the important things that you would want from the contractor on a job of this magnitude were met or exceeded by Matt. His communication was impressive, both prompt and consistant. Whether it was a text, phone call, or email he was always reachable and attentive. In addtion, he was always present on the job site, which in my opinion is one of the most important attributes of a contractor. He listened to my needs and expectations and acted accordingly. Also, he runs a very clean job site, at all times, I remember always being impressed by how clean everything was at the end of the day. Yes, there will always be dust from a job like this, but he or his crew was always cleaning up at the end of each day. His subs were very respectful and polite as well. And the fact that both Matt and I have a huge passion for fishing helped out a lot during the entirety of the project as we often told each other many many stories about the fishing trips we went on.

  We choose Cusamano Builders for our home renovation and it was a fabulous choice! Matt kept us in the loop with all stages - he sent photos and communicated often. From the beginning Matt helped us make this renovation happen - he had creative ideas and changes to our original plans that make our new addition fit in like it belonged to the original build. It is just perfect. The interior is exactly like we imagined - just beautiful! The addition includes 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a second kitchen. Matt’s attention to detail is by far beyond what we could ask for and we are thrilled with his work! We highly recommend Cusamano Builders!
