Totally agree with her points and will add that he has been able to keep the project going through the issues presented by the pandemic and the supply chain problems that resulted. Additionally, Matt and team communicated frequently (using in-person meetings, phone calls, TXTs, and email) especially when issues arose. Our home is from the 50's and there is not one square / flat / straight thing there. Issues were pointed out in a timely manner, photos sent when we could not be there in person. He has the skills and personality to professionally persuade when his opinion / option is superior. But more importantly, Matt is willing to listen to our thoughts and act on them beautifully when "we had the best answer". As mentioned - we plan to get on his calendar again.
