The heater,( Marley, Model CZ2048T) worked ok at first, but after only 2 uses, it stopped working. We contacted our plumber and asked him to please replace it since my mom needs the heater and it should be under warranty since we just got it. We were told by our plumber that Aaron & Company wants him to come out and "Trouble-shoot" the heater and see what is wrong with it. Meanwhile, we haven't had heat in the bathroom since the Saturday before Christmas. I am very unhappy with their customer service. Would not buy products from them again.
