  Firstly, the quality of the stuff offered is exceptional. I have no doubts on craftsmanship and durability through usage. The star rating is based upon continuity and follow-up. If you don't have an appointment--during the impossible hours of the actual workday--you will not even be looked at. It's almost as if you're being proactively avoided. There needs to be a change. I understand 2-3 people ought to be able to assist all customers in a scheduled circumstance. There's a trade-off when you have issues with your existing order, missing items, etc. I've called for three-four days straight as I get opportunity. 4pm this shop shuts and it's already challenging to be able to get there, let alone call during a busy workday. We placed a large order in February for a complete bathroom gut and remodel. We not only had missing items on our order; however, we cannot get in touch with a sales rep or someone to physically refund or help. As I type this, I'm currently on hold for the last 30 minutes waiting for an answer on how to get a refund even for parts that were said to have been delivered but were actually on backorder. We were not informed by any capacity on this either. It took us completing part of this project to do find out we were missing it. We were going to get our countertop through them and are being forced to switch. The rep we dealt with was nice at first and pretty helpful, until he wasn't helpful almost at all. He's late to answer emails and realistically non-existent. Now the last few weeks, I understand due to the messages I saw from the outbox. But prior to this; we had no heads up on backorders or any sort of assistance. Now this would all be manageable and kind of expected in a project with timeline set backs, etc. The challenge is there is no walking in and dealing with the issue. It's a scheduled event. Again, I'm quite happy to discuss this openly with management and leadership if requested but it's not a great reflection on the Ferguson Brand. My family has been customers for many projects and years and it's looking like there is virtually no reason to be any longer. To finalize, if you have a scheduled appointment to pick out a toilet or sink, you're going to have a different experience than we did. If it's a larger project, many pieces, etc, consider my experience and a few others above.

  I have been working with Sarah K for a few years now ! She never disappoints! Always on top of everything! Takes the time and patience to help in all the decision making ! The showroom was amazing in Bridgewater NJ ! They had so many styles to see in showroom making my decisions that much easier ! They have so much access to many vendors for all my needs .. bathroom,kitchen and lighting ! Love this showroom and this sales associate!!!!

  Well all the post say it all. I would like to add rude. I bought a new house and need 4 bathrooms redone. I hope the manager or Corp is looking at these. You need to fix the problem fast. Remember what the definition of insanity is!

  Excellent service, called in asking for a part #, they were able to find it and put it a side for me - once i arrived service and checkout was lighting fast
