    Firstly, the quality of the stuff offered is exceptional. I have no doubts on craftsmanship and durability through usage. The star rating is based upon continuity and follow-up. If you don't have an appointment--during the impossible hours of the actual workday--you will not even be looked at. It's almost as if you're being proactively avoided. There needs to be a change. I understand 2-3 people ought to be able to assist all customers in a scheduled circumstance. There's a trade-off when you have issues with your existing order, missing items, etc. I've called for three-four days straight as I get opportunity. 4pm this shop shuts and it's already challenging to be able to get there, let alone call during a busy workday. We placed a large order in February for a complete bathroom gut and remodel. We not only had missing items on our order; however, we cannot get in touch with a sales rep or someone to physically refund or help. As I type this, I'm currently on hold for the last 30 minutes waiting for an answer on how to get a refund even for parts that were said to have been delivered but were actually on backorder. We were not informed by any capacity on this either. It took us completing part of this project to do find out we were missing it. We were going to get our countertop through them and are being forced to switch. The rep we dealt with was nice at first and pretty helpful, until he wasn't helpful almost at all. He's late to answer emails and realistically non-existent. Now the last few weeks, I understand due to the messages I saw from the outbox. But prior to this; we had no heads up on backorders or any sort of assistance. Now this would all be manageable and kind of expected in a project with timeline set backs, etc. The challenge is there is no walking in and dealing with the issue. It's a scheduled event. Again, I'm quite happy to discuss this openly with management and leadership if requested but it's not a great reflection on the Ferguson Brand. My family has been customers for many projects and years and it's looking like there is virtually no reason to be any longer. To finalize, if you have a scheduled appointment to pick out a toilet or sink, you're going to have a different experience than we did. If it's a larger project, many pieces, etc, consider my experience and a few others above.

    Couldn’t help me with a replacement part for a morning product purchased there 5 years ago. They said to call mown because they didn’t have the record of our purchase. Terrible customer service.

    I recently visited and was greeted by the girl at the front desk I believe her name was Michele. She was very helpful and quickly answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable in helping me pick out all I needed for my bathroom remodel. I Would definitely recommend .

    My wife and I began planning the remodel of our master bathroom and had some ideas regarding the fixtures, tub, shower, vanity, etc. Some of our ideas were valid and others needed refinement. Through the expert guidance of Sharon B., we were able to make final assessments and decisions. Yes, if you truly want to allocate the time and engage the expertise of a highly trained and knowledgeable professional (like Sharon) an appointment is a MUST! Her years of experience and product knowledge helped us get to the final decision for the right materials with a value focus. We also want to give a "Shout Out" to Sara R. for all of her rapid and positive responses for effective scheduling during our assessment and purchase process! 5 out of 5 STARS for our experience!

    they won't help you without an appointment even if I need just one faucet makes no sense, i then go to the counter and they tell me i need to speak to showroom person ridiculous and frustrating. went down the road to another plumbing supply and they helped me on the spot THAT'S customer service.
