I called Seidel Electric 3 years ago for an estimate to install a generator after hurricane Sandy as I was without power for a week. I got 3 companies to come over for an estimate and 2 of them walked around my house for 3 minutes and said they will send me an estimate. How could they send me an estimate without speaking with me about my needs? (By the way they more more money). The 3rd estimate was Steve Seidel form Seidel Electric and he came over sat down with me and spent time with me explaining everything I needed...Nothing more and Nothing Less. Steve was...BY Far...the most professional and knowledgeable person I spoke with about a Home Generator. He never tried to over sell and explained what was needed for my home. Steve is very friendly as well as his staff. Suburb customer service.( when was the last time you thought a company had great customer service!) Home generators are no longer a luxury but a necessity. ......Please do yourself a favor and call Seidel Electric. Myself, my brother and 2 of my neighbors got generators....Everybody is thrilled!
