They are clearly more interested in pushing expensive replacements for profit than providing honest repairs or support. Save your time and money—call a company that actually values its customers and knows how to treat people.
- WSWesley ShamburgerJan 31, 20262.0Check the work after their service.. Service man put back one ptac chassis on a slant… put two ptac’s in place without care for foam insulation tape around the units… squished half of the foam under the chassis .. only found out because my floor is freezing..

He was methodical, and deliberate and what was a an expected nightmare of a repair to be in my mind was no more. We swapped a damper motor which I had on hand right on the spot and problem solved.
