Pleasant, on Ocean Ave, DURING FOURTH OF JULY TRAFFIC (specifically on 7/3 around 4pm), we had to sit and watch their truck driver attempt to back into a driveway. He couldn’t figure it out so he kept moving forward and backward. His coworker was standing in the street, blocking traffic and poorly giving direction to said driver. The only reason it only took 15 minutes to get by is because some cars got through when the truck backed up a bit. I can’t imagine how long the cars in the oncoming lane had to wait as there was never enough room for them to get through. Completely unacceptable to make this everyone else’s problem.
