I had them come back next day for same issue they didn't fix and they wanted to charge me another 100 bucks after I had just payed them the day before for SAME PROBLEM that wasn't fixed!!! 1 word SCAM ARTISTS! I called office and spoke with secretary, who was so rude regarding my experience she basically hung up on me and never transferred me to owner.

Called these guys who were so helpful; told me that they had actually done the install and they checked the warranty for the unit. Then they were at my house 3 hours later and repaired the issue quickly. They are honest and get the job done. What else can you ask for from a contractor?
