My father had just recently passed away and it was one of the coldest couple of days of the year and my heat wasn’t working. I was so upset I couldn’t call my dad, but I had remembered that Ken had fixed the unit before. He was super attentive and came immediately. He was able to fix the system and explain what was wrong. My kids & I were so grateful to have the heat working. Highly recommend!!!
