  I would never recommend this company they were apart of our home renovation group… they removed insulation and redid it… and the worker was really nice but they left insulation in my yard for a day or so they put a hole in my ceiling in my toddlers room and then they removed the insulation and made us wait 4 days to put the new stuff in… which drove me crazy cuz we ran out of oil over the weekend with little kids in the house and a pregnant woman I was furious my aunt was looking for renovation I told use whoever except these guys… idk who’s fault it was but all I know is oil is 5.88 a gallon and we’re stranded with no heat and no insulation and then the cherry on top we failed inspection for the insulation!!! Awesome stuff!

  The worst experience ever dealing with red lion Called to get my crawlspace, attic and blown in insulation on my walls done. When the office called me to schedule I said I won’t be home but I’ll leave a house key out for the guys please have them give me a call when they arrive and they did not call me when they arrived. I saw on my camera they where trying to open all the windows to try to get in keep in mind they didn’t have nothing on there truck that said red lion insulation or wearing shirts or anything that said red lion so I had no idea who they are. So I called into the office and asked if that’s there guys at my house and to tell them to stop trying to break into my house ! I’ll tell them where the key is at please have them call me. Never got a call so I left work after seeing them climb into a window that was unlocked. Very unprofessional to watch the installers just break into my house with out even trying to call me and ask where the key was at. Once I arrived at home I see they all ready where inside my house very uncomfortable. I try to call the sales guy chuck and he did not answer his phone so I called the office and asked to speak with a manager. All the manger said that his guy made a mistake and he could send a different crew out do the job. Which this crew had all ready started so they continued with the work. For the blown in insulation they had to remove a few pieces of the siding and when they put it back on some of the siding cracked. I sent pictures to chuck the sales guy never got a phone call or text back sent pictures to the manger and he had no answer to fix the issue. After day 1 the job wasn’t completed and no one told me that they would be back or what was going on so now at 6pm at night I’m calling the manger to see what is going on. They send another installer out in a pick up truck with no marking on his truck or anything saying he was from red lion insulation. I was told he would of been done that day but they had to come back the 3rd day to finish. No one has contacted me saying the job was completed or got back to me about my broken siding or to see if I was happy with the work that was done. I will never be using red lion again and never recommend them to any one. Very poor customer services and they broke into my house…

  Don’t waste your time. Worst customer service I’ve ever had to work with. I received quote agree to move forward sign contract and then was told we don’t know when we can go your job they wouldn’t even give me a date after canceling the initial install date that was set from the signed contract
