The part I needed was extremely rare and he seriously went above and beyond just to help me especially when all the other stores I went to didn’t care enough to help me and some were just absolutely nasty. Not at Ferguson though, they made sure I got the part I needed and that I completely understood every last detail. They are honest people and they genuinely care about helping their customers.
