I confirmed around 11 AM and asked if it would be closer to 12 or 2. They said they couldn’t say, but someone would be there within the window. I waited on the job site and no one showed up. I called after 2 and was told they were too busy and couldn’t make it. No call, no update. Very disappointing, a complete waste of my time.

After making the call, Dale (Barron’s Tech) was at the house first thing the next morning. He was great, talked to me very clearly about our options, we chose to replace it which he did quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Barron and their tech Dale!

Dale was outstanding with knowledge, communication, timeliness & workmanship for this repair.
