  My entire experience with Barron plumbing was exceptional. This was the first time I used Barron and they will be the only plumber I call. The scheduler was knowable and concerned with my water issue. She scheduled me for the first appointment the next morning. The owner then called me back to send someone in the next hour. The technician called me when he arrived at my home and then again when he diagnosed my problem. He explained the problem, why it happened, and what he needed to do for the repair. He immediately ordered the parts, waited at my home for the delivery and did the repair. Rob was knowledagable, and easy to talk to. I will refer Barron to anyone needing a plumber. It was such a pleasure to deal with an incredibly efficient company that also cares about customer service.

  Great first impression. Service technician Dale was very nice and detail oriented. Flushing of the hot water heater seemed overpriced, but in this day and age and this economy it’s kind of expected. Fixed my toilet for a reasonable price though I will say that!

  My upstairs toilet was replaced about 2 years ago by another company. It started leaking through the ceiling to the bathroom downstairs on Monday. I was very upset and this was supposed to be a relaxing weekend at our shore home. I was relieved of the quick response to address the problem by your company. The technician came out that day. He was truly knowledgeable and efficient diagnosing and resolving the problem of a too short wax ring installed by the previous contractor. I was truly impressed of the honesty, repair and camera used to confirm no other problems were present by your technicians. I appreciate the quick response that I truly did not expect when I made the call.

  I found a leak under our kitchen sink @ 2:00 on a Friday afternoon. I called Barron and they were able to send someone asap. Dale assessed the situation gave us options and completed the work cleanly and professionally. Dale sent me pictures and videos after the work was completed. We were happy with the fast,proffessional service call.

  My old plumber has stopped doing plumber work to focus on HVAC. Referred me to Barron. the guy who showed up used to work for my fmr. plumber, and i liked him then so i gelt completely comfortable with his skill set. He replaced 3 valves and fabricated a whole new junction which works much better for the tight space. I'll prolly use em again, but i did find their price to be quite high.
