  I cannot say enough nice things about Rich who I dealt with at the Asbury Store . I purchased a custom size storm door and the quality was way more than expected ! I will use him again when I need replacement windows in the future !

  Waiting for a quote for 4days, I wanted to use a local company. Price had nothing to do with my decision to go with a different company selling the same Anderson Windows I had to pick up, they don't deliver, so renting a truck. Getting a friend to help me, the liability of breaking a window in transport, all that said it was worth it to me to spend the $1700.00 more to buy from WindowRama, but they refused to send me a quote with the, out the door price showing everything. I told the salesman you are getting me the windows in 3 to 4 weeks the other company is 5 to 6 weeks, so it was worth it to me to spend more money for the timing aswell. I'm a car salesman and if you think car salesman are sleazy go to a window store. The guy that was helping me seemed like he knows his product but can't send a simple quote showing sizes and full price with delivery. Don't waste your time by going to this store. We were going back 2 weeks. I would have ordered from the place up north, but no they wasted my time, they suck. Don't waste your time...

  In my opinion, short and unhelpful. I went into this Window supply business with a question and a picture. I was just seeking some expert advice. I’m sure we’ve all looked for some guidance at some point. The person behind the counter seemed to have no interest in helping or understanding my problem. He kept rattling off, is it a true window, is it a storm window. I thought I was clear when I first started. It’s a double hung window that tilts in for cleaning. Nothing unusual. Oh well, my friend. It’s ok, Mr. Google was a gentleman. It was simply the balance shoe that needed to be engaged. Peace.
