After reading some reviews for other companies, I was concerned about finding a quality service and product. One of my employees recommended pacvan. My experience with these folks from step one was overwhelmingly positive. I put an inquiry in on their website and within a half an hour a sales associate, michael, called me. He was prompt in delivering my quote, and helped me work through the process. I was dragging my feet a little bit because of a hectic schedule, but never at any point was he pushy as a result. In fact, he was overwhelmingly accommodating. He told me I was welcome to view their inventory in person and pick my own container, however I requested he send me a nice one, in his opinion, based on my needs of weather sensitive storage. I have to say, when the product was delivered, I was impressed. I did not have to wait weeks for delivery, it was a matter of days (the driver was extremely professional and courteous, notifying me of his departure to ensure I was there upon his arrival. He was able to set the container exactly where I needed it). I can not recommend this company enough. Should I need anymore, I will call pacvan
