They arrived right on time and spent a full two hours doing a thorough job. Scheduling was easy, and the cost was very reasonable in my opinion. The technician was extremely knowledgeable about Navien systems and clearly has a lot of experience with them. He was friendly, patiently answered all our questions, offered several helpful tips we hadn’t even asked for, performed a complete flush and testing, and referenced the official Navien service manual for our exact model to ensure everything was done correctly. I Highly recommend Dan Dunn Plumbing.
