  I had Mike from MGS Construction come out to take a look at a leak in our master bathroom, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. He was extremely thorough in his inspection and took the time to walk us through multiple possible causes, explaining everything clearly along the way. What really stood out was his honesty and professionalism. He was able to pinpoint the actual source of the issue, which turned out not to be the roof at all, but rather a problem with the ceiling fan exhaust setup. Even though our roof is nearing the end of its lifespan, he was upfront in letting us know that it doesn’t need to be replaced just yet. It’s refreshing to work with someone who prioritizes doing the right thing over making a quick sale. When the time does come to replace our roof, we’ll absolutely be reaching out to MGS Construction. Highly recommend!

  We were in need of a new roof and following some damage from a windstorm, the need went from “soon” to “now.” Mike from MGS Construction responded promptly to our inquiry. He was knowledgeable, provided clear information, fair pricing, and remained communicative throughout the process. The MGS team completed our roof replacement in one day. They were efficient and ensured that our property was fully cleared of any debris prior to departing. We received quotes from some other companies, but they were wildly inflated and the experience felt like negotiating for a used car. That was not the case with MGS. They were upfront with pricing, set clear expectations, and delivered on those expectations. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new roof.

  Replaced original 28 year old roof. Mike the sales person was responsive, his quote was detailed and the pricing was competitive. We wanted to go with a local company with high rating with GAF and goggle reviews. Installation was on schedule. Crew did a great set up with tarps and netting to protect bushes and windows. Large crew completed the removal and install in one day, thorough clean up and dumpster was hauled away the very next day. Most importantly the install was solid with Excellent ice and water Shield coverage with 3 ft in the valleys, 6 feet off the roof eaves, and 18 inches off the rakes and GAF felt buster used on the rest of the roof. Mike called the week before to confirm date, day before, came out day of installation and followed up day after to check on customer satisfaction. Great job, thank you Team MGS Construction.LLC !

  We had a tree fall on the corner of our roof during last week’s windstorm, which also caused damage to the gutter. We reached out to MGS since they installed the roof in 2023. Al was very attentive and came out the same day to assess the damage, providing a reasonable estimate for the work. While they were there, we also decided to have eight windows and sills wrapped. MGS has been our go-to for home projects. They’re reliable, on time and their pricing is very competitive. Highly recommend!

  I literally could not be happier with MGS Construction and the job they did replacing my roof. Mike was knowledgeable, pleasant, and always always available to answer questions both prior to, and during the job. The workers were on time and worked extremely efficiently. The foreman kept me abreast of all that transpired, and they wrapped up the job in one day. Once they were finished, clean up began. They say cleanliness is next to Godliness, if that’s true it’s safe bet these guys are going to heaven! They cleaned up meticulously, scouring for every last nail or sharp piece of discarded material that could injure my kids or dog. Their pride in their work shows through in their skilled labor, attention to detail, and caring attitudes. As a realtor and a homeowner, I will certainly recommend MGS to friends, family, and clients.
