I went there specifically for Mirage Hardwood flooring because they were one of only a couple of authorized dealers in the area. But from the looks of the show room I'm sure everyone would find what they were looking for. So much to choose from! The owner, Nor Bimbatti was a funny old school independent business owner who was extremely responsive and helpful with my installation concerns. I had a curved transition that needed to abutt tile and didn't want a transition strip like a couple of other installers suggested. He was confident his team could handle it and that they did. About the guys... There were 4 and they were EXCELLENT! Got the job done quickly and efficiently and we're great with all the furniture (3 rooms!). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Universal Flooring.

I walked in needing carpet in a hurry as I was around the corner from putting my home on the market. The sales associate recognizing my need graciously called the owner who wasn't at the store and he drives in to talk to me personally. The two of them provided me with multiple options until I found something I was happy with and then had a crew install it 5 days later. Top notch service and experience all the way through. And.... For $200 less then what home Depot was going to charge!

Francisco did a fabulous job, hurt his back lifting a heavy radiator to place the carpet under. He cane @ 9:40 and didn’t leave til 6:30 with no breaks. He deserves a raise.
