  WOW... Talk about fast service. Called this morning about ice dam removal. The crew was there within an hour and completely removed all the snow and ice in 45 minutes. Excellent finished job and will recommend to anyone needing their services for anything.

  They did a fantastic job installing our new roof! It looks great. Jeff Stackpole worked with us from reviewing options to supervising installation and following up with minor issues. Cleanup was thorough. The entire team went above and beyond what was expected. My neighbors were also impressed with their work and operation. Final price was essentially same as quoted.

  After my house fire in 2018 I needed a new roof ASAP. I found MGS Construction and reached Mike Manick. He was so helpful in determining the right shingles, what color options there were, had great pricing and his team was there quickly. They did the job in 1 day and the roof looked fantastic. A few years later I had them back to match the garage to the house. A small job but they were happy to oblige. Communication and responses were quick. I would recommend this place to anyone.

  Roofing Project I highly recommend MGS Construction for roofing! WHY? Mike was very knowledgeable in walking me through the process of putting in a new roof, which entailed a LOT of work! The roofing project was completed on November 26, 2025, one day before Thanksgiving, by MGS. Mike and the MGS crew completed the project over five full days, working from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The roof required extensive work. All existing materials had to be completely removed due to significant damage. New plywood was installed across the entire roof before the new shingles could be properly nailed down. The fascia and soffits were severely deteriorated and falling apart, and although the gutters were still in good condition, they had detached from the fascia. Additionally, both skylights were leaking due to cracked sealant, allowing water to enter the house during heavy rain. The MGS crew also demolished two stories of collapsed laundry rooms that were attached to the rear of the house. Work Completed on the House: 1) Roofing: The old shingles were completely removed, and new plywood was installed across the entire roof before the new shingles were applied. The roofing work was professionally completed within the first two days of the five-day project. 2) Skylights: Two existing skylights were removed and replaced with two new Velux manual venting skylights (C06), each equipped with a remote-controlled solar shade for opening and closing. 3) Fascia and Soffits: All rotten fascia was removed, replaced with new plywood, and wrapped with aluminum. Damaged sections of the soffits were also removed, replaced with new plywood, and covered with vinyl. 4) Demolition: A two-story section of the house was demolished. The two collapsed laundry rooms were removed, and all debris was thoroughly cleaned up afterward. Thank you to Mike, Al, Manny, and the MGS crew for the professional installation of the complete roofing system on my home.

  We needed a new roof late in the season. Contacted Al Guevara and he came out and gave us a good estimate for new roof and gutters. His workers were prompt and did a great job in 14 degree weather!
