At the initial consultation, Mike answered all our questions and concerns, providing samples and even addressing some issues we weren't aware of. We were provided a same day estimate and never felt pressured into making a decision. The roof installation took a day and a half and included replacing two skylights. The workers did a great job working very efficiently and quickly during a very cold, windy winter day. The crew also did a good job cleaning up the area. Mike was great, keeping us informed throughout the entire procedure and following up after the installation was completed. There were no surprises with our final bill, it was exactly what the estimate quoted. We would highly recommend Mike and MGS Construction.

During the initial free consultation, he came by and outlines the whole process and went through all of the different shingles available. He describes the exact process they use to replace the roof and make sure all of my questions were answered. The roof replacement was completed in a single day and the cleanup was exceptional. The price was competitive, and for the service you get compared to other companies it was absolutely worth every penny. There may be some companies that are slightly less expensive but the service you get and the warranty you get are far superior through MGS. They are incredibly professional and the communication between me and Al was phenomenal! Highly recommend MGS for your roof replacement!
