But what really impressed me was that today, when Sam and Colin came back to re-install a screen that hadn't fit during the previous installation, they went above and beyond. They listened to my concern about not being able to open the window, and then, with extra time and extra care, they constructed an unplanned wood ledge to hold the screen in place. At a time when so many contractors do the bare minimum, Sam and Colin were professional, respectful, and very resourceful. They truly went above and beyond. So to the owner, if you're reading this, please give Sam and Colin a big raise! ;)
