Very happy I selectd NE Roofing. Scott is very knowledgeable about all roofing. He was on the job sight just about 100% of the job 7am to 8pm. to complete over 5000 square feet of roofing on a 12 pitch roof with dormers. Scott is great to work with. MC in the office can answer all questions that comes her way and always calls you back its these little things that makes me happy. And if MC is out Michele picks up and makes it seamless on any questions you need answered. The crew was very efficient and worked together to complete the job and the clean up was very good. All in all quality work glad I hired Scott for my roofing job. Terry

The crew was able to fit me in last minute and on a Saturday.! They arrived promptly at 7 a.m., and completed their work on a 2K sq ft. home in 7 hours. Their price was very competitive and they performed quality work, were respectful, polite, and cleaned up as if they were never there. I would highly recommend New England Roofing to anyone considering roofing needs.

There were some minor complications when setting things up with New England Roofing, which in part was the organization that was facilitating this situation. After a few more phone calls with MC- I had a pleasant conversation with her and she was very patient with me when picking out shingle colors- I appreciated her patience. On the day that the roofing company came out, there were several men of the Guatemalan nationality. The foreman moved my decorations and stuff from the porch that would have been in the way- which I found helpful. I was home during the time they were replacing my roof, which I am glad that I was. My observation is that there were too many of them up there, and they were working too fast and aggressively. My roof apparently was rotted in a few places, and when they pulled the old roof off, they were standing on the "rotted part" of the underneath, and basically put a hole that went through my ceiling in my kitchen, as well as caused pressure that created a crack in my hallway ceiling. I am glad that I took the light fixture down from my hallway ceiling, because the pressure almost caused it to fall and break. I yelled out my hallway window for them to stop after the hole and crack in my ceiling happened, they couldn't understand me because of the language barrier- finally I was able to speak with the foreman who had left for a short while to grab more supplies, he came in and looked at my ceiling including the ceiling part that came down in my furnace closet- he sent the owner Scott Brochu in to look at the damage, and he advised me that they weren't responsible for the crack or hole in the ceiling because the roof was already rotted, and that the rafter was rotted, but that they don't replace the rot contributed to the ceiling piece. My thought process is, if they knew that the part they were standing on was rotted (the foreman Mike showed me pictures that he took with his phone), wouldn't you think they would have either been more delicate or maybe told me so we could figure out how to fix that before laying a new roof down? It doesn't make sense to me to lay down new boards and shingles over something that is rotted. I understand that they were there to get a job done, but if it's not done properly, what is the sense in doing the job. The job costed the organization $11,000- and it just seems like quantity over quality. When Scott was in my house looking at the damage, I was looking at my wall to avoid being confrontational, because I was pretty emotionally charged, he stated "can you look at me?" which I felt was rude as the reason I wasn't looking at him in the first place was to avoid an argument. After the damage was created, I did go outside and was interrupting his foreman as at this point, I didn't trust them- and when Scott caught wind of that, he came into my house and rudely told me not to bug his guys- I wouldn't have in the first place had they not put a hole through my ceiling. The company looks like they do well off for themselves as their equipment looks expensive, and they're able to afford several men to work for them- but the quality and personality of the owner didn't sit with me well. We are now 4 days later, and I haven't heard any follow up regarding my ceiling (or any showing of care).
