  Very happy with the experience from start to finish! Joe helped with design, pricing and delivery! Fast delivery in less than 1 month. High quality and a low price! Everything was just as promised. Joe went above and beyond by driving a sample door to Shermin Williams to color match the paint. Who does that? Factory direct shipping in well protected packaging meant no issues. Sandwich, MA

  Extremely disappointing experience. I initially scheduled an appointment with Jenny; Joe (the owner) took the meeting instead. I was told I would receive a mock-up and pricing the next day. After hearing nothing for three days, I called for an update and was asked to recap the details of our meeting. I was then told I would receive everything the following day, which I did. Joe was fully aware of our March project timeline from our first call in early December. In early January, I was asked to send inspiration photos to finalize the design. I sent them that same evening and did not receive a response until I followed up the next week. From that point forward, communication became increasingly inconsistent. In mid-January, I was told Zoom meetings were preferred over email — this had not previously been communicated. I scheduled a Zoom meeting and learned that my rendering had not been updated since December despite ongoing communication on my end. On January 22, 2026, I was told I would receive an updated rendering and pricing the next day. After receiving nothing, I followed up one week later and was told the project would be worked on the following morning (January 29, 2026). As of February 11, 2026, I have received no further communication or deliverables. If there were capacity constraints, they should have been disclosed upfront. Due to repeated delays, missed commitments, and lack of follow-through, I chose to move forward with another provider in order to stay on schedule.

  Had an appointment right away. Andy listened to everything we wanted and somehow got it all into the computer system and we had a 3D image of exactly what I envisioned. I was questioning some of my ideas and he offered his professional advice, which I went with, and it looks perfect. The cost came in thousands under budget. I’m so very, very happy i chose to travel an hour away to go to Universal Direct Factory. Couldn’t be happier with the appointment, the design, the price, and the quality of cabinets.

  Had great experience with quality, pricing, direction and replacing needed fillers, etc to finish job. Andy was quick to respond and assist with delivery and setup of cabinets. would recommend for anyone looking to replace old or build new kitchen.

  As a builder, I am always looking for ways to improve the quality of our houses without increasing costs. The cabinets that Universal Factory Direct offers are excellent! Having purchased 10 kitchens from Joe White and his team, we have consistently experienced great quality and very few issues with little to no shipping/delivery damage. Would highly recommend!
