We had a very disappointing experience with this company.
Before booking, I specifically explained our situation (flooded basement) and made it clear that I wasn’t sure whether we needed an electrician or a plumber. I was explicitly told that the technician they send would be able to assess the situation and guide us on next steps, as they are trained across multiple areas.
However, the technician who arrived immediately said this was not his responsibility and that he couldn’t help. No assessment, no guidance, no attempt to assist — just a $200 charge for a visit that provided zero value.
This felt very misleading. If the company knew they were sending someone who could not handle or even evaluate the situation, that should have been communicated upfront.
Charging customers for a service call without providing any actual service or direction is not acceptable.
I would strongly recommend confirming exactly who they are sending and what they are qualified to do before booking.

Trevor and Ben came out to my house in Concord, New Hampshire, for what we thought was going to be a simple pull the toilet, stick a camera down it, and inspect what's going on in the pipes, and then maybe hydrojet it. Up until this point, I had bought this property and thought it was on public sewer. Ben and Trevor found out that it was on the septic tank, and they went above and beyond and were excellent to work with through the entire process on what was a difficult thing to process that day.
The company was more than fair with the price that they charged. They both took care of the toilet, located the septic tank for us, checked out the septic tank to make sure it was good, located the D-Box, and did the same. They then scheduled me for a priority septic tank pumping, in which the company was excellent and fairly priced at as well.
I would highly recommend these guys for fair and honest pricing, as well as just genuinely feeling like the person that comes to your house cares about the service that they provide and not just taking your money.

This company exhaustingly tried to fix a problem caused by the state of New Hampshire. I am 100% disabled combat wounded veteran, i have been without water for nearly a week now. The laws in this state have created a process where the state and certain companies make a fortune by creating these situations out of sheer greed. The Folks at Rowels came out at least three times trying to get several problems i was having with the house fixed. I still have no water, and buying water for my service dog is getting expensive. They fixed my electrical problems but its kinda pointless since i have no water to even wash my hands.

Rowell's has customer service down pat from the courteous receptionist and dispatch operator, who looked up past service on my AC compressor and scheduled the same repairman, to evaluate the current situation and let us know precisely when to expect him, based on our schedule needs, and gave us tracking information for his arrival time, once he was en route. Jared was very knowledgeable and explained well the issues and options available to us witg the pros and cons of each. Recommend.
Chris and his coworker were very nice…I do have a real problem with the ridiculous amount of money it cost to have nothing done!!! I knew it was 99.00 to come here but these guys weren’t even here a half hour they poked the ground and dug a hole and charged me another 250.00!!!! And when I told him I had a 50.00 coupon for Monday special he said he couldn’t honor it because I didn’t tell them about it up front!!!! I’m disgusted with the service I received!!!!! And as for the ridiculous quote on a new septic system quit taking advantage of people!!!!!
