First, let me say..... Joe Trembley was friendly and professional. Provided thoughts to our concerns. I must add I was disappointed to be charged the full amount of 149.99 plumbing inspection/dispatch (special) a flush was not recommended and a previous plumbing inspection was fairly recent. Moving forward, perhaps as a courtesy to your customers a glance at service history may have saved time and money for both parties. I will continue business with Rowells and recommend as well.

Trevor and Ben were wonderful! They explained everything that needs to be done. They are also going to be contacting the park manager to determine who is responsible for the broken pipe under my driveway. I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with Rowell's.

I called Rowell’s to schedule my first ever appointment to startup a minisplit system (a process that should take 2-3hrs at most) they gladly said we could be out the following week and took my credit card # over the phone. The day before my appointment I received a friendly text confirming someone would be coming the next day. This is where my experience went downhill, the day of my appointment I received a call saying they needed to reschedule. I said this was not ideal because I had driven several hours to be at a clients house to have the service performed. They said “oh, let us see what we can do”. Shortly later they sent someone over. The technician looked over the system and took several measurements, he then pulled out an iPad and said we cannot perform the minisplit line set vacuum/pressure test until spring and quoted $1,900. This was unacceptable customer service since I had spent a significant amount of time to be at this appointment and was never told the appointment was only for a quote. Later that day they then charged my credit card a $100 trip free.

I thought I had a septic pipe leak, but it was much more complicated. The pipe from the septic tank to the leach field froze in this record setting winter cold. This caused the septic fluid to back up to the tank, fill the tank, back to the junction in the crawl space and the resulting increased pressure caused that pipe to leak. Before the situation could be evaluated the tank had to be pumped. Rowell got a service tech without delay, dispite the fact we live a very remote area. They scoped the pipe to find the frozen section, but were unable to determine if it is a break or just some sand. They suggested a wait and see solution rather that a very costly repair. Hopefully the leach field will function for the next few months until we will connect to a scheduled updated new system in about three months. If the fluid does not seep through the sand, we can pump out the tank a couple times before the new system comes on line. I am very appreciative of the service, timeliness, and respect for my situation, to not just tell I had no other options than to replace the connection pipe at a minimum cost of $6500. Obviously, I highly recommend Connor and the rest of the team from Roswell. Quick, responsive, service with integrity.

Zero stars if I could! This company was very evasive in an emergency after business hours frozen pipe situation... This company is not a company of a service to the people who need it, they are a company out to make money/profit and that is exactly how they do business! We waited upwards of 12 hours for services that would cost $199 (emergency fee) to come out.We were never offered any assistance as to what to do or were any questions asked. I told them the exact situation being the pipes of my forced hot water furnace system, not my domestic water coming into the house. The tech (plumber) showed up after 10am, looked at situation and told me he couldn't do anything, it required an HVAC guy and they wouldn't be able to service till next day. Questioned the fee for next day to come out, and they told me they would waive the regular visit fee of $99. Others may not have had the sence to ask. Thank goodness my husband had the know enough to shut off water and emergency shut off to furnace. We were without heat and water and wanted us to wait another 24 hrs because they sent a plumber instead of who they then insisted that it required an HVAC guy. Needless to say, we called a plumber and he did the job! Same day too! He could not understand why the plumber couldn't do the job nor did we get what and or why this company did what the did. I did refused to pay the $199 for emergency and agreed to the regular $99, given over 12 hrs waiting didn't consider it to be an emergency visit. When you put it together, had i not disputed the $199, they would have gotten the fee covered for both plumber and the the HVAC guy, had i agreed to him coming out. SHADY, the whole experience felt shady from the initial emergency call that couldn't answer questions and offered absolutely no help! DO NOT RECOMMEND ZERO STAR RATING
