  If I could give the Somersworth NH store a lower rating, I would. I went in today to browse. The woman working was extremely rude. I told her I was just looking, which didn't seem okay with her as she just kept pestering me. She asked what I was looking for, I told her just some flooring, she asked what room, I said the basement. She literally laughed at me and said I was in the wrong place. That what I was looking at wasn't water proof. I said I know, I have waterproof sub floor, she then went on to say some of that doesn't have lining, I said again, I know, I am just looking. She asked if I had a contract to which I said no and she kept laughing saying "so youre going to install yourself", I told her yes. Still laughing, "then you're going to have a lot of questions". I said no, I wouldn't , I've installed a ton of flooring already and told her I was leaving to take my business somewhere else. She shouted after me "are you sure?" Honestly, women should be supporting other women and this lady was unbelievably rude and condescending. Will never be back.

  We needed help to match flooring that was installed in the early 2000’s and all we had was a picture. Parker helped us find a match, and pick out the glue and T molding; such a great guy and great customer service. Thanks Parker!

  We purchased beautiful flooring and did as recommended for the acclimation time frame in our home. The floor boards cupped and subsequently heaved. Upon filing a claim I was informed that I hadn’t followed the directions and that I was SOL. We purchased the padding that was required, so as to not void our warranty, as we were warned by the sales reps, when I asked if this should be nailed down or glued they said nailed, there was absolutely nothing said about glue and nails being required. I was also informed that the 5 days recommended by the manufacturer was a bare minimum for acclimation. Diane at corporate told me there was no recourse and that we had simply done it incorrectly. I inquired as to why the sales rep didn’t share any of this information, relative to glue AND nails, and her quip was “they can’t possibly remember all those installation requirements.” I will never purchase anything from this company again and neither should you unless you enjoy being treated like an ignorant child. Thanks for an incredibly bad customer service experience Diane and LL Flooring.
