  I have nothing but good things to say about J.S. Kelley Home Inspections. Jed was friendly, prompt, quick, and efficient, while being thorough to an impeccable degree. He was extremely flexible, willing to do the entire inspection with me while explaining everything and answering every question, or to do it on his own with a debrief at the end. I opted for a half and half approach. He was great with my two cats who aren’t always easy to wrangle. He had an answer to every question, a recommendation for every inquiry. I also opted for the septic inspection, and his referral inspector for that was phenomenal as well. I had a rough idea for the cost of a home inspection from a prior Google scan, and was pretty shocked by the low price when I got the bill. He should honestly charge more. With his level of detail, flexibility, knowledge imparted, and price, going with J.S. Kelley Home Inspections is really the only sensible move.

  Hello, I just used Jed Kelley for a home inspection in Hampton that we had made an offer on. Jed’s report was thorough, comprehensive and detailed. 57 pages with lots of pictures backing everything up. Covered everything inside and out as well as HVAC, plumbing and electrical. If you need a home inspection I very much recommend this company. Dave S

  Jed was very thorough with our buyer's inspection. He spent a lot of time explaining to my husband and I all of the things that were of minor importance but, more importantly, he explained all of the things that needed to be addressed before signing the contract to purchase. My real estate agent was also impressed and asked him for his card to recommend to other clients.
