  I had Lizzie’s install new garage doors and remotes two years ago. I noticed that when the doors were closed I could see light all around both doors. I figured the doors just need to be adjusted. I took a video and pictures and sent to them. They got them and reviewed them and they said that since my doors get a lot of sun the trim on the sides and top shrunk and needed to be replaced. I asked what it would cost for curiosity and they said $480 to come out and replace trim. I asked if they could come out and just check to make sure it was not just an adjustment like I thought and they said no would have to charge me to come out. I asked for a manager and he was not available so asked for a call back. Never got a call back for a couple days so I texted them that I never got a call back. The next day the owner texted and said said he looked at the video and pictures said the trim shrunk and there was nothing he could do. So I called Everdoors and Joe came out no charge to check out the issue!! I showed him what the issue was he knew what it was doors needed to be adjusted like I thought!!! He fixed it in 2 minutes and said it was NO CHARGE!!! Go figure if you need help with your doors call Everdoors Ask for Joe he will help you out and not try and take advantage of you!!!! If I could give zero stars I would have..

  Garage door tension spring broke. Steve did a great job explaining what had happened and how it will be fixed and what I can do in the future to help. Very happy with the work, efficient, professional and friendly. Have used Lizzie’s in the past and will continue to use and recommend.
