Shawn came out that same evening on a Sunday and was able to solve the problem right away and fixed another issue I didn't even know I had. It explained the other issue I was experiencing. The best part was he was very knowledgeable, never talking down to me and so very polite. Learned a few things and got both problems fixed in a very timely manner at a reasonable cost.

He gave us some options, including a technical solution which actually would address a number of concerns with our water quality. He was obviously knowledgeable, forthright and understandable in presenting pros and cons and patient in taking a grilling from my health and environment conscious wife. He answered her many questions satisfactorily and based on this, as well as our past experience with Sanford/High Ground, led us to purchase a new water softening/filtration system. We really had a very good experience!

He was friendly and compassionate about the pending death. I'm positive if there is a chance to find the parts needed, he'll do whatever it takes. I'm not excited to buy a new furnace, but he made this painful experience as comfortable as possible.

Zachary S. not only took the time to walk me through the related systems, but also checked the other appliances onsite, such as relighting the pilot on the fireplace and tracking down a tripped GFCI that turned out to be the issue with the stove hood. Overall it was a thoughtful, well handled, and low pressure experience. Would recommend

He is very thorough. Was able to quickly troubleshoot an issue I had been having. While he said a new unit may be coming in the foreseeable future he explained everything well and did not pressure me to make a decision. Thank You again Eddie
