Was traveling in heavy traffic going about 68mph (65 is speed limit) following the flow of traffic in front of me when one of your drivers (5062906 plate #) started to tailgate me for quite a few miles recklessly driving. As human beings we should work together to make the roads safer for everyone. Didn't see a place to report something like this on you website.

I’m hoping this person was from a call center and not anyone from this branch but someone named Kristen could not have been less helpful or more arrogant about a simple question. A technician should be able to call in while on the road and ask if equipment has arrived yet without giving needing to give the order number, Isn’t that what the PO is for? Everything she said contradicted what I had been told in person by the other friendly staff members. Also fix your phone number on Google, or don’t, and let people call in and have to deal with the same miserable person I had to deal with.
