The skylights were replaced and we are very happy with the results. The installers were friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure our expectations were met before they left-our house.They were meticulous about clean up after completion of the job. We would highly recommend Skylights Masters.

Company was to provide quotation for replacing 7 Velux skylights in a metal roof of a log home. This company is listed as a 5 star installer by Velux. More than 1 month goes by with no response. Won't acknowledge emails, phone calls or recorded voice mail messages. I contacted Velux and spoke to their New England sales/customer service rep.. Velux responded quickly and after explaining the situation shortly thereafter I received a call from Skylight Masters apologizing profusely for not returning my attempts at communication. Promises were made to provide a quotation quickly but doubts about the company had already been sewn. I did receive a quotation to which I have not responded since it was so way out of sorts with what my research had said this project should cost. The quotation was full of self accolades about what a great company they are and how customer oriented etc.. But no details of the cost of the installation. Just a big number. Needless to say there has been no follow up to this quotation on their part. They might indeed be a good company but my experience with the initial process has made me believe it would not be in my best interest to pursue further.
