Just thought the price was high for a thermal coupler instalation. Talk to a plumber i know and told me $300 would have been a normal price for that job as i paid like $530.00. Financing was painless and easy, and the work was done quickly and professionally, with a lot of attention to detail. They were the only company who could send a technician over the same day, while their competitors were booked solid. I will definitely call them again if I need help. Highly recommended!

The other man got sick and wouldn’t be available for some time. I am glad we found High Ground.Dan was polite and I would be comfortable having him do work for us again. After calling several plumbers who were either unavailable or booked a week out, I felt pretty desperate and reached out to High Ground for advice. They had done work at my house before, but I hadn’t realized they also offered plumbing services. To my relief, they were able to schedule someone to come out the very same day. Matt took the time to thoroughly assess the situation, clearly explain the issues, and outline a solid plan to address them. Two days later, he returned with his assistant Danny, and together they tackled the project with precision and professionalism, explaining the progress along the way. They completed the work on time, cleaned everything up, and tested all systems to ensure everything was working properly. I couldn’t be happier with the results—and I was able to enjoy the holidays without any plumbing worries. If I ever have an issue again, I know exactly who to call. Thank you to High Ground, Matt, and Danny for the outstanding service. It was truly appreciated.
