When we walked into the showroom Kaitlyn was sitting at her desk with another man (who looked to be another employee). She did not greet us, but we were browsing so that didn’t bother us. When the other individual walked away from her desk we introduced ourselves and explained what we were looking to have done- we came with measurements and an idea of the style/color of cabinets in mind, but were looking for a design mock up/quote. During the entire interaction Kaitlyn seemed uninterested, keeping her AirPod in her ear the whole time. We asked for a timeline on when cabinets would arrive after order placement, which she stated as long as the order is placed by Wednesday, they would arrive the following Tuesday. We are now 2 weeks out and the cabinets still haven’t been delivered with multiple excuses being provided- first it was a glitch in the computer system, and today the reason was that the truck that was supposed to drop them off never arrived. Kaitlyn has been less than helpful with the delay, stating we should refer to the contract for delivery timelines-had she not had given a specific timeline to us when asked this would make sense. If you tell a customer a timeline it should be fulfilled in that time, or provide a longer timeline than anticipated. She most likely makes commission off of the sale which is probably why she wasn’t honest about the timeframe in the first place, but the entire experience has been less than ideal. I would recommend shopping elsewhere
